Support international relations and building bridges of academic and cultural cooperation to strengthen Tanta University's global standing and reflect a positive image around the world
Propose and prepare memorandums of understanding with international universities that will strengthen the university's points of distinction
Develop partnerships with foreign centers and universities to exchange knowledge and create new educational programs for bachelor's degrees, modern scientific degrees for master's degrees, and advanced research plans for doctorates in light of cooperation agreements
Follow up activating the cooperation agreements and protocols signed by the university with other institutions and universities, reconnect with those universities, and find innovative ways of collaboration in the fields of education and scientific and technological research to accomplish the highest level of fruitful and constructive cooperation through the exchange of experiences and scientific visit.
Enhance the University's visiting professors program regionally and internationally on an annual basis
Assist with joint research between faculty members, corresponding colleges and scientific departments, and study and research centers with partner universities in other countries
Facilitate staff members' participation in supervising master's and doctoral theses, as well as discussion and judging committees with partner universities in other countries
Follow up on application deadlines for international competitive projects, as well as raising awareness, educating, and training university faculty members to participate in these projects on the scheduled dates
Attract international students from other countries while also keep track of international students and student exchanges with partner universities
Encourage students to take part in international student exchanges in order to gain scientific and practical experience
