Quality Assurance Unit - Faculty of Engineering

- The Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University, was accredited during the 144th meeting of the Board of Directors of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE), held on August 24, 2015. - The current Director of the Quality Assurance Unit is Prof. Dr. Mai Wahba Madkour. - The former Director of the Quality Assurance Unit was Prof. Dr. Hagar Alam El-Din El-Bastawisy. - Prof. Dr. Hagar Alam El-Din El-Bastawisy was appointed by a decision of the Vice President of Tanta University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs No. (8), dated December 3, 2024. - The Performance Evaluation and Quality Assurance Unit was established by a decision of the Faculty Council on June 13, 2006. Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Refaat Azmy was appointed as its Director by a decision of the Faculty Council dated December 11, 2007. - The Unit has carried out a number of activities that enabled the Faculty to apply for funding through the Continuous Improvement and Qualifying for Accreditation Project (CIQAP). The project was funded with a total amount of EGP 13 million, including EGP 5 million provided by the University and EGP 8 million provided through the project.
