Who can apply?

Undergraduate, Master and PhD students can apply for semester 1, 2021/2022, Academic staffs for teaching.

Field of Study:

Engineering, Mathematics, Physics and Natural Sciences, Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Political Sciences, Law, Economics, Nursing, Humanities (arts, historical studies,.. )

Required Documents:

(Undergraduate, Master)

  • 1-Proof of English Language Proficiency (minimum level B2 for undergraduate and C1 for postgraduate)
  • 2-A copy of Proof of level of registration at Tanta University singed and stamped by the faculty
  • 3-Transcript of records (GPA of 2.5 or above is required)
  • 4-Learning agreement for Studies, signed by the student, signed & stamped by home Faculty “filling in Part1: Before the Mobility” (Attachment 1) - NOTE: sign & stamp must be in the first page with list of courses. The students can select the modules from the following link:

  • 5-Letter of Motivation (maximum one page)
  • 6-CV (Maximum 3 Pages)
  • 7-One recommendation letters

(PhD students)

  • 1-Proof of English Language Proficiency (minimum level B2 for undergraduate and C1 for postgraduate)
  • 2-A copy of Proof of level of registration at Tanta University singed and stamped by the faculty
  • 3-Transcript of records (GPA of 2.5 or above is required)
  • 4-Exact indication of PhD course of interest among the PhD offer provided in the following link:

  • 5-Motivation letter + detailed Research proposal
  • 6-List of publications
  • 7- Letter of endorsement by academic staff.
  • 8- CV (Maximum 3 Pages)

(Staff):

  • 3-List of publications
  • 4-Invitation letter for teaching

Important Notes and Regulations:

All applications will be reviewed and evaluated by the selection committee. Only pre-selected applicants will be invited for an interview at the international cooperation office and the final selected applications will be nominated to Sapienza University for final approval.
